Jones To Sign/Re-Sign On Wednesday
Terrence Jones recruiting: Jefferson star says he is 'definitely going to sign tomorrow'

Wednesday marks a deadline of sorts for Jefferson senior Terrence Jones, the McDonald's All-American who has yet to sign a basketball letter of intent.
The NCAA's regular signing period for basketball ends Wednesday, meaning it is the final day a school can sign a player from the class of 2010 to a letter of intent. On April 30, Jones announced he was going to Washington but didn't sign with the school. Jones has since said he is trying to decide between Washington and Kentucky.
Contacted by phone Tuesday, Jones -- a 6-foot-9 guard/
forward and two-time Oregonian Class 5A player of the year -- said he "was definitely going to sign tomorrow" but didn't indicate which school he was choosing.
If Jones doesn't sign Wednesday, he can elect to sign a financial aid agreement with a school in the future, if it is offered. A financial aid agreement binds the school to the player, but the player is not committed to the school. In fact, Jones could sign financial aid agreements with multiple schools and choose one school at a later date.
