Kentucky as National Champion or just Midwest Champion?

They have to beat two teams from Kentucky (Western & Louisville), one from Indiana, Texas, and Iowa, and either one from Ohio or Kansas (prolly Kansas).

So, what happened to all those great teams in the east: Syracuse, UCONN, UNC, Duke, Florida State, etc.? Looks like the only ball being played is in the Midwest.
