What you guys think?

We all probably have read about people saying Cal is getting top recruits and just getting them ready for the NBA instead of worrying about a championship, basically one and done players and how it might be hard for one and dones to win a championship just being there a year and not developing fully. So i was just wondering what you guys think about it? Do you like the one year top recruits or would you rather have some guys who will stick around and learn more and become a stronger team and bring home a championship?




My thoughts is I like the top recruits, no doubt. I really think this years team has a great shot. Not just skill wise but maybe a smarter team. The 98 team wasn't real athletic but played smart ball. So what do you guys think?

Bring in the top players every year. If we win a championship, great! If we don't, at least we still got to watch the best players in the nation play which is a lot more entertaining. As long as we bring in these top recruiting classes we'll always be a contender in March.

Bring in the one and doners, THEN pray the NCAA changes their rules on leaving school early.

Having a season like last year was almost (notice I said "almost") as good as a championship.

Cal shouldn't change a thing.

Obviously this year was unique. How many times you going to have 5 first rounders? If we continue to get the best recruits some of them will stay more than one year. Miller, and Liggins will be better this year. I would love to win it all but I was excited about watching last years team every game. I am glad to be excited again.

I'm with everyone else. Bring in the top players. I know a lot of people are championship happy, but I look at it like this. Programs have decades of history with only single digits in championships. They are very hard to win. But I think you gotta have talent to do anything.

It's not like the NCAA is going to give UK titles like they did Duke, so bring in the big boys.
