Former Kentucky Wildcat Antoine Walker is having a difficult time catching a break lately.

The former NBA star is facing huge monthly payments in an attempt to pay off over $800,000 in gambling debts and to avoid jail time.

He recently lowered himself to returning to basketball - in Puerto Rico.

In 8 games with the Guaynabo Mets, Walker averaged a respectable 12.4 points and 8.6 rebounds per game. His numbers were not enough, however, as the club waived him and sent him packing.

Now, Antoine Walker, who led Kentucky to a national championship and accumulated over $100 million during his 13-season NBA career, is broke, unemployed and facing a real battle to avoid jail.
