SEC Awards are Out

John Wall — Player of the Year, All Freshman Team, First Team All-SEC

Demarcus Cousins — Freshman of the Year, First Team All-SEC

Patrick Patterson — First Team All SEC, First Team All Defense

Eric Bledsoe — All Freshman Team

And Kevin Stallings was named Coach of the Year

I agree with this except for the obvious. Cal has been very impressive with how he got these freshmen ready, talent or not. I would have voted for Fox before I voted for Stallings.

Yea thats a big joke, Cal should have won it easy.

As bad as I hate to say it, I think that if I had to nominate someone other than cal, Pearl would be the pick. That situation could have been disasterous.

I saw that and just laughed. Stallings? Cal was obvious, but Stallings over Pearl? What a joke. Not hard to see who the SEC coaches don't care for.

I agree and have that many freshman also and to change it that quick with freshman.

Pretty sad they didn't give it to Coach Cal. What more does a guy have to do?

He could go 40-0 and he'd never win the award.
