Did you just hear about this?? Tipton made it the front page of the sports section a day or two after he committed. Said it was dumb and meant Knight wasn't fully committed. Then the national media said it showed how smart Brandon was. He quickly changed his tune.

You need to visit more often. Go to the bottom of this page where it says, "Go To Page 1, 2, 3" and go to Page 2.

Forgive me. I just seen it on rivals. I am on this site two or three times a day and, NO I haven't seen this before. You guys are harsh on people. It's a wonder people keep coming back.

No harm Duck and all is good. Just pointing that out to you. It was a good move by Knight, assuming that there was any doubt at all in his or his family's mind that Cal might take off to the NBA. At the time he signed, there was some talk about him joining the Nets, so it was an active topic in basketball and on this site. That's it. Don't think there was ever a chance that Cal would leave but everyone has a price as they say and well not that long ago, "The Traitor" as we now call him, left for New York when nobody expected it.
