Texans are talking smack!

Mercy, these Johnny come lately Texas Longhorn fans here in Austin are getting all my nerves. They are comparing UT basketball to Kentucky. I laugh at them before they can even finish a sentence. They have already hung the banner for the most part. I keep reminding them they will lose, most likely in the upcoming Kansas State game in Kansas. It is good to see the Cats back near the top, though. I don't necessarily want us to have the number one on our backs but it would be nice to let the world know UK is back baby.

I have to admit Texas looks pretty damn good, They don't have the tradition like we do and never will, hell today was the first day they ever been ranked#1.

I went to the UT vs. Michigan State game. They are a good team. I am still not convinced they are the best team, though. We shall see.

they are the best team not named kentucky i think they would match up best with us of the top teams we have alot of the same strengths but they dont have the fire and passion our team seems to possess not to mention no wall cousins or ppatt lol

Haven't seen Texas yet but I did see Kansas on Sunday when they got pounded by Tennessee. Absolutely nothing against Tennessee, but I was not at all impressed with Kansas. They may not be a Top 5 team.

After seeing Texas in person I wasn't that impressed. I think Michigan State is having a down year in the guard position. Coach Izzo did not have an answer with his young guards. I really didn't see Texas do that much to disrupt the game plan of Michigan State. However, I did see Michigan State commit unforced turnover after turnover. They will be a good team at the end of the year. Izzo always has those boys playing great at the end of the year. Also, I am still on high on this Avery Bradley kid either. He is good but not as good as Wall. I hope Wall plays lights out tonight.
