I'll be surprised if he stays. I would love to have him back. But being a top 10 pick the kid needs to go.

I agree. I think that he is telling the truth about how he feels, but the question is will he change his mind when he sees all the money that he is giving up to stay.

As great as it would be, I hope he changes his mind. He's projected in the top 5. He'd be insane to come back. I'd love it, but the kid has to think for his future.

You have to remember how young this guy really is. All I hear from the tennerseans is "Stokes should only be in high school. He's going to be really good next year."
I remind them that Kidd-Gilchrist is only 3.5 months older than Stokes.
I'd say he's loving the college life, the nice Kentucky facilities, the way he is being treated around Lexington, and probably just the whole experience. He also may think that he needs a year to work on his shot. Who really knows.
We'll see what Calipari advises him to do.
The biggest worry would be for him to come back and experience a significant injury.
I remind them that Kidd-Gilchrist is only 3.5 months older than Stokes.
