Mitch Barnhart on the Campus of Texas A&M???

Not sure if this is true or not. I hope someone can shed some light on the subject to confirm this rumor. I live in Austin, Texas and am surrounded by Aggies. A fella in my office yesterday informed me that the Kentucky's Mitch Barnhart was on the campus of Texas A&M two days ago. The word is that the Aggies are cleaning house to prepare for a complete fresh start when they begin playing in the SEC. Most of the Aggies believe they will fire their AD and all staff and bring in a new set of people.

I am not one to spread rumor just asking if anybody on this forum has heard anything about his story. I told my colleague that they could have him. I said he would see the biggest smile on my face if the freakin Aggies steal our AD. If true, this would be amazing.

Also, if Mitch leaves UK please, please, please do NOT hire dumbass Ritchie Farmer as our AD. He recently expressed interest in the job. Also, the word here in Texas is that Mack Brown will retire after the Baylor game and Deloss Dodds will retire and Mack will take over as AD. Interesting times.

This is the first I heard of it and if it's true and he does leave then we should go after Louisville AD Tom Jurich.

They could just be there welcoming them to the SEC.

Who really cares? He hired that clyde fellow, and Joker. He sucked up and got Cal when he should have done so the previous hire. They can get a dozen people to do what he does.

Maybe he's just there to explain that the ass whuppin' they are about to receive is not personal.
