Calipari: No more additions to tough schedule
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky Wildcats coach John Calipari says his team doesn't need another challenging opponent given the tough schedule they already face.
Calipari told The Courier-Journal that "this thing's hard enough" with schedules that includes Michigan State, Kansas, Duke, North Carolina, Indiana, Louisville and a Big East Challenge.
Kentucky is set to appear in the Champions Classic the next three seasons, playing neutral-site games against Kansas in 2011, Duke in 2012 and Michigan State in 2013. The Wildcats also will take part in the Big East/SEC Challenge the next two seasons.
And there are regularly scheduled games against North Carolina, Louisville and Indiana.
