Terrence Jones is a child. There is no depth and this team is just plain dumb.

Add that to Cal just not getting it done this year and you've got a wasted season.

Great season, girls. These ho's don't even deserve an NCAA Tournament bid. Put them in the NIT where they belong.

The team is plenty good, but they do not have that killer instinct, nor the take over player. I don't give up easy, but I've given up on this team. They will be very lucky to survive the first weekend of the NCAA tournament. They can't scratch out a close one, and that is due to several reasons. Too many minutes on tired legs, and not one of them have a MOFO you I'm doing this mentality. Looking forward to next season now.

Absolutely a terrible coaching job by Calipari this year. Horrible. Where is Poole? Surely he's not that bad. Cal's refusal to play more than six is KILLING us.

I was a blind Cal follower before, but, this year I'm quickly wanting to see more from him. He's been a total disappointment this year.

Suckit, I understand your frustration. But if Poole can't win minutes, then I have to believe there is a reason. Cal is a pretty good coach, and evaluator of talent/performance. Poole can't get on the floor in front of Hood, and Hood has been a disaster in the plus/minus column. Just sayin

Cali, you might be right. But, I don't know. Calipari seems like the type to hold a grudge against a kid. Isn't Poole a four star?

I blame Josh Harrellson for tonight's loss. He had plenty of open looks towards the end of regulation and didn't take a shot. Wasn't he supposed to be a decent shooter for his size? Wasn't he heralded to be similar to Dirk Nowitzki when he was brought in 2 years ago? Jorts can suck it.

The team can play but they just don't play as a team on the road, on the road it seems like only one player steps up all the time. Tonight it was Knight, everyone else seemed like they couldn't hold on to the ball for nothing.

I'm pretty sure Lamb could have gotten us a few baskets...but he was nowhere to be found almost the entire 2nd half...he played maybe 4 mins tops in the 2nd half...why did Cal have him benched? Could have used his shot out there.

I wouldn't say I'm done with the team but they do have a problem with the close ones.
In trying times I just look back to a few years ago and realize we are still much better off.
You really expect to lose 5 to the NBA and still have a 30 win season?

Right stuck, that is my biggest problem with these guys. If teams lay down and give them whatever they want, they roll. When someone makes it tough, they act like they don't care to put forth the extra toughness to win. THis has to be one of the most frustrating teams I have ever seen. The talent is there, six deep, but after that there is nothing.

What do jorts have to do with it?

Harrellson played good, 14 pts and 12 rebounds. Jones played like crap, I really wish our bigs would stay under the basket, instead of guarding their men out at the free throw line, it kills us everytime.

I wish I knew what to say. Yes this team is just 6 deep but would it kill Coach Cal if he played Hood & Poole or even Polson for a couple minutes a half if nothing else to give the regulars a blow? If they can't guard man to man than go to a matchup zone when they're in. We're gassed at the end of games and it's killing us on the road. Hell, when we destroyed SC on sat in Rupp, the regulars still logged heavy minutes.

I've not given up on this team but have resigned myself to the fact we're not that good this year and will be lucky to make it past the first weekend of the dance. Also, from now on, I just want Coach Cal to make extra certain that whomever he recruits in the future in ELIGIBLE!!! Not having Kanter is the difference between winning most of these close games and losing all of them!!

I know it's old hat, but let's not forget that this team was going to be built around Enes.

But, I seriously don't know what the deal is. The Big East is supposed to be the be all end all of conferences and UK beat UL and Notre Dame, two top teams in that division, but they can't beat Arkansas or Ole Miss on the road?

I'm boggled just like the rest of the fans, and if this teams makes it past the second round in the NCAA tourney, I'll be pleasantly surprised and overall happy.

However, it's not time to make firejohncalipari.com or put for sale signs in his yard. I know some fans are morons, but these guys deserve our support, and they're most certainly not "losers" as some over sensitive fan posted. There is no one out there better to coach UK, just remember that.

What makes me mad is just giving away so many easy baskets, I don't know how many times the Hogs scored easy under the basket, I do wish we would play zone a lil more, hell every team is going to hit every three against us anyways. And thats one way to keep Harrellson and Jones under the basket.
