Frustrating

I started this season out with optimism and enthusiasm. This team had promise. Now, they are a MESS. They're lazy. They're stupid and they just look like a bunch of guys playing pickup basketball games. I hate this team with a passion. I'd be amazed if they finish the season with less than 12 losses.

I wouldn't go as far as saying I hate this team, but this team is definitely showing their youth. I will say I feel NONE of them are NBA ready, Jones included. I think he's got maturity issues he needs to sort out, personally, even though he does come up big for us. Pray for an NBA lockout so that UK has a chance to keep some of these guys on top of next years group.

I don't hate this team, I look at this team and know if they wanna really play they can win, The freshman have been carrying the load all year. I just get mad when Miller,Liggins and Harrellson don't play they like they should. I know Cal has been trying to beat it into their heads for ever, but they just don't get it. I really felt sorry for Knight in the Florida game, he busted his ass in that game. Florida has a good young team, not taking anything away from them, but when we took the lead we should have finished it same as in the Ole Miss game. Our rebounding has probably dropped in the last 2 games . I just don't know how Jones and Lamb and Knight can figure things out in a game and respond quickly and our upperclassmen can't.

I don't get it. How does this team go from beating teams like Washington and UL and then do a faceplant into an empty pool when they get in SEC play?

Frustrating is the right word. Tonight was not a good night for me to be around alcohol.

It's a shame the freshman have to pick up the slack for these guys. I can see Liggins wants to be a leader, but can't put it together and Miller runs away from leadership like I do my mother in law.

May I remind you of what we had two years ago? No one expected Cal to change everything so quickly but he did the first year. Now you expect him to better it each and every year? Comeon man!
This is not a bad team. They've been ranked all year long. We just lack a good big man and Cal tried every way in the world to get the best, it just didn't work out.
Give them a break.

If you hate this team you must have been on suicide watch two years ago.

Wow. Jag told us that Vargas sucked, but we had blinders on for that one. We've got a 7 man rotation, with Harrelson as THE BIG MAN, and you guys are complaining? When this team stays out of foul trouble, they can play with anyone. If Knight or Jones gets in foul trouble, we struggle. Don't give up on these kids. If these kids come together a bit down the stretch, they can make a run at a final 4. I don't think they have a shot at winning it all, but they have a shot a 4. A little faith please.

I haven't gave up on them , all I was saying is that the upperclassmen need to step up like that on the road, We know they can play, but they need to bring it to every game. I want to see some fire out them.
