JACKSONVILLE - State troopers said a man and woman injured Friday when their motorcycle veered off the road were both naked.
Steven Sheals, 38, and his passenger, Jennifer Smith, 30, are expected to recover from their injuries.
In addition to being charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, driving without a license, license revoked, expired inspection and no insurance, Sheals was charged with not wearing a helmet.
Sheals, an explosive ordnance disposal technician, is a Marine gunnery sergeant at Camp Lejeune.
